To our Parents:
You have trusted us with your most valuable treasure: your children - and further, you have entrusted us to guide them in our world by teaching them strategies and skills to help them build their confidence and love of learning.
In the cyberspace world, this trust is even more important to your family, and to Initiatives for Kids
(If Kids Seminars).
We take the issue of privacy very seriously and have established this policy in order to maintain your privacy.
To you - our visitors and customers - we make the following promises:
- The If Kids Seminars web site does not collect sensitive personal information.
- If you send us an e-mail with a question or comment, we will write back to you using your e-mail address.
We may keep your question or comment and your e-mail address on file, but we will not disclose your e-mail address, or any personal specifics regarding your question or comment to any third party.
In order to serve the community, we may include your question on a Frequently-Asked-Questions page, but should we do so we will make sure that your question will not in any way identify you.
- You may choose to be excluded from our mailing list at any time.
- We will not sell or share any information that we collect from you when you register for If Kids Seminars.
We restrict access to your personal information to company personnel only (and then, on a need-to-know basis) and have procedural safeguards in place to ensure that.
- All photos of children and testimonials from both children and parents are posted to the If Kids Seminars website after we have received explicit written permission to do so.
Here are some technology-related privacy issues:
- Our website does not use identification cookies or session cookies.
- Our website does not use web bugs, also known as web beacons.
We have no reason to employ secret tracking techniques, other than general website traffic.

- Should you follow a link from the If Kids Seminars website to an affiliate website, then you will be communicating directly with that affiliate and not with us, and you will be subject to that affiliate's privacy policy.
Here are some procedural issues:
- You may use our online submit query form, to obtain our seminar registration form directly from If Kids Seminars.
- If you prefer to fax your completed registration form, then do so on:

- Once we have received your completed registration form we will notify you of your successful application.
Please understand that class sizes are limited and your application is not automatically successful.
- Seminar fees must be paid in full and monies cleared prior to final confirmation.

or alternatively, cheques or money orders may be posted to:

- You will receive written confirmation and a receipt of payment which will secure your child’s successful placement in the seminar.
- We do reserve the right to postpone seminars if we do not meet the minimum numbers required to proceed.
Should this happen your child will be given priority placement at the next seminar or your money will be fully refunded.
